Newmarket racing either late April or early May, open for fillies only. One mile long, the race usually goes to a top class animal like previous winners Ravinella, Oh So Sharp, Salsabil and Bosra Sham. These four great winners were all top class two-year-olds.

In recent years, a few more horses than usual have won the race without a proper outing. These exceptions however had good class form in the juvenile season.
